Is my campaign data kept confidential? +
Yes. Your data is never shared in identifiable form. Before anything is used for research or model improvement, all identifying information — name, domain, email address — is stripped out. You can also flag confidentiality directly in the form.
How long does the report take? +
Usually 2–5 minutes after you hit submit. Occasionally longer during high-volume periods, but always the same day.
Do I need to be technical to use this? +

What is a Lab Grade? +
