The Lab runs your submission through a practitioner-built engine that interprets Google Postmaster reputation data in context, applies ESP-specific logic (Mailchimp on a shared IP behaves differently from a dedicated SendGrid setup), and weights findings by severity — authentication failures before copy-level issues. You could ask any AI to review your subject line. What if my query falls outside the options given in the form? +
The form captures the most common diagnostic variables, but open-text fields allow you to describe edge cases in your own words — transactional email issues, ESP migration problems, complex automation sequences, or anything that doesn't map to a standard symptom category. If the submission falls outside what the diagnostic engine can reliably assess, your report will state that explicitly rather than producing an uninformed guess — and it will indicate what type of resource or specialist is best positioned to help.
